We are here to help you in every step of the way, from venue scouting to menu selection, seat assignment, and design. We cover all details and present all possibilities and options to you, so we can produce an event that captures the spirit of what you are trying to convey. This service provides you with step-by-step guidance and professional assistance from the get go, and extends over to weeks after the festivities. Since we know this is a long journey and an emotional one, we believe that a good planner is that with whom you can really bond.

This service is ideal for those clients who need some guidance and assistance throughout the entire wedding planning process and a coordinator and executor the weeks prior to and including their big day.

We believe that the two months leading up to your wedding can be the busiest ones. However, with a Partial Service, our job starts the moment you book us, since we offer the possibility of exchanging emails as well as a phone call every 45 (forty five) days in order to monitor your planning and clear any questions you may have, and we take charge 2 (two) months prior to your wedding.

This means that the client will be scouting for vendors, booking them, and planning the entirety of their wedding, but we will be guiding them and providing reassurance every step of the way.

When the time comes, our client will hand off the form provided already completed, as well as all of the invoices and contracts signed with service providers/ vendors. Once all of this information is ready, we go over all of the content and start connecting with said vendors directly, confirm all final details and make sure everyone is on the same page.

By the end of our time together, we will know your event inside and out and execute a diligent day-of coordination.

Because we love detail oriented brides and we know how important it is for couples to feel stress free during the weeks leading up to their once-in-a-lifetime event, we have combined the best of both worlds: you have fun creating and designing your dream wedding and 7 weeks prior to the big day you hand off your information to us and we take over! We will be in charge of tying up those loose ends and double and triple checking vendors orders, making sure there is nothing missing, and executing the timeline to help your day go as smoothly as you have envisioned.
